Custom software doesn't have to be extremely expensive: your database always pays for itself in a very short time by increasing productivity and saving time. In a business world where efficiency is a crucial part of a winning strategy, you can't afford not to use every resource available.

My prices are always a
competitive, fixed amount for the entire project, and the actual price is
based on the size and complexity. After going over your needs and
requirements, I will provide you with a quote and work proposal that can
either be approved or modified further. Upon approval, you will know the
exact cost of your project before any work is started. I require a deposit
of half the proposal amount up front, upon initiating the work. The
balance is due upon your receiving the database and my training you. I do
not charge for technical support other than training new employees (beyond
the initial, included training) and adding functionality to the existing
database.
You will need to have Microsoft Access on your computer in order to use the application. This can be purchased separately at any Office Depot, Staples, or online reseller. Any work done in the future, beyond the initial quote, will be given a fixed quote as well. You will always be able to expand and update your application as desired, and my prices for such are always reasonable.
